What Does Chiropractic Do?

Chiropractic adjustments focus on identifying and removing subluxation in your spine-that is, vertebrae that are out of alignment and pressing on nerves, which can lead to a variety of unhealthy symptoms throughout the body.

In the practice, we pride ourselves on offering patients a comprehensive diagnostic system, complete with a Subluxation Station that allows us to get an inside look at what’s going on in your body in addition to x-rays. The Subluxation Station system helps us to identify how your muscles are functioning by measuring electricity that comes off of them-we can also see how stressed you are by taking your heart rate variability.

This, coupled with thermal scans to measure the temperature of both sides of your spine allow Dr. Joe to uncover the true cause of your problems-and helps you to understand what’s really going on in your body, too.

Our Techniques

Dr. Joe believes in taking a manual approach to your care whenever possible, which means providing focused, effective and gentle adjustments with his own hands.

Dr. Joe has also been using instrument adjusting for decades-particularly with the Activator technique, which can be ideal for children who may be nervous and elderly patients.
