Our Health Partners
The essential foundation of any effective health care regime is a properly functioning nervous system. If the “wiring” of your body isn’t intact, your body doesn’t work as it should. Restoring nervous system integrity is the primary focus of the chiropractic care we offer in this office.
Over the years, some patients have found it helpful to complement their chiropractic care with the services of other health professionals. Our health partners are individuals with whom we have had a positive personal experience or, they have come highly recommended to us.
As a service to our patients, we are proud to refer to the following allied health partners:

I have struggled with weight loss most of my life,I used every pill and weight loss supplement available at the time, then I joined the US Army Reserve as a combat engineer. Through intense training and a clean diet I lost over 70 lbs in basic training, it was great.
I realized that all it took was the desire and a little push to accomplish my goals. Now, for the past 3 years I have been helping others accomplish their goals, by coaching them into a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Alyte Reshetova
Having always been overweight, I myself have tried every fad diet and purchased every hot new exercise gadget that promised to take inches off overnight.By the age of 12, I realized that I was overweight and had to do something about it. I started out doing
exercise shows on TV and became a vegetarian. At 13, I joined the local YMCA and started working out. I was hooked! Upon joining I had to complete an orientation with a certified personal trainer, who afterwards became my mentor. It was then, that I decided to be a personal trainer when I grew up.
Through junior high and high school I continued to battle with my weight. Even though I was exercising, I still didn't have my eating under control and would still binge and exercise obsessively to control my weight. It was through the Health Promotion program at the University of Iowa that I learned to be sensible about my food and exercise. I learned that quick fixes are not the way to go. I learned that in order to lose weight and keep it off, I had to make some lifestyle changes.
Having gone through these experiences myself, I fully understand how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off. Once my clients come to know me and find out that I've also been there, they feel much more comfortable with me as their trainer. Upon Graduation from the University of Iowa, I became a Certified Fitness Trainer through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) the gold standard in personal training certifications. I believe that through a combination of my formal education and work experience at local corporate wellness centers, such as Verizon Wireless, Nortel Communications and Aetna, I have become a very well rounded trainer, experienced with multiple populations and age groups. It is through my training that I hope to help change my client's looks, lifestyles and self-esteem.
